Stiven is the Founder and CEO of SM Capital and BKN301, leading the development of a pan-regional fintech platform connecting Europe, MENA, and Africa. A serial fintech entrepreneur, he has successfully founded and exited multiple ventures and raised capital from global investors including Azimut, CDP Venture Capital, BlackRock, and Prosus. He previously co-founded Ventis, later sold to Iccrea and now operating as Numia, and founded Tippest, one of Italy’s largest e-commerce platforms and a leading Groupon competitor. He is also an early investor in SpaceX, Nubank, and Palantir.

Charlie is a serial fintech and venture investor with multiple successful exits and a long-standing track record in Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem. He was part of the early team at Netscape, later acquired by AOL, one of the landmark transactions of the Internet era. Charlie went on to found Merchant e- Solutions, subsequently acquired by Visa Brazil/Cielo, and later held executive roles at Visa and Darwin Ventures, where he serves as Partner. At Darwin Ventures, he invested in top- tier U.S. venture funds such as Founders Fund, True Ventures, Bond Capital, Spark Capital, and Index Ventures, backing more than 40 global unicorns including SpaceX, Palantir, Airbnb, Stripe, Slack, Uber, and Revolut.

Luca Bertozzi is the Co-founder and CFO of BKN301, where he leads the company’s expansion across Europe, MENA, and Africa as a digital banking architecture provider. He is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience in fintech and venture finance, combining deep fund-structuring expertise with operational leadership. Luca previously co-founded Ventis, later sold to Iccrea (now Numia), and co-led Tippest, one of Italy’s leading e-commerce ventures and a major Groupon competitor.

Diego is a data-driven investment professional with strong management capabilities and experience in Fintech and VC. Before his current role, he covered roles in investment banking and M&A, and later contributed to the development of strategic project and investor relations of the fintech scale-up BKN301. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with top honors in Management Engineering from the University of Parma and pursued studies at the Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe’s most renowned technical universities.

Francesco is an Investment Associate at SM Capital, focused on venture capital, strategic finance and technology investments across Europe, the US and MENA. He supports direct and fund investments across financial analysis, due diligence, execution and portfolio development. His experience also includes institutional financing, M&A and fintech projects within the BKN301 ecosystem. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Bologna and a specialization in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Bocconi University.

Federico is an Investment Analyst on SM Capital’s venture capital team, which he joined full-time in July 2026 after an earlier internship with the firm in 2024. He previously worked as an M&A Analyst at GreenGo in Bologna and as a Private Equity Investment Analyst Intern at Vanguard Legacy Management in Luxembourg, a mid-market fund investing across the EU, UK, US and emerging markets. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna, graduating 110/110 with honours.

Ana Lacerda is an international business professional with experience in investor relations, strategic partnerships, and business development. Her background includes experience at Deloitte and working across international markets. At SM Capital, she leads on global investor relations, fundraising support, and engagement with institutional investors, family offices, and international partners.

Gloria is a seasoned professional in fundraising, partnership development, and business growth. She currently serves as Senior Fundraiser, leading strategic fundraising initiatives and cultivating investor relations into the US Market. With a rich multi-sector background, Gloria previously excelled as a Director of Business Development and investor relations in the real estate sector and media production.

Marco is a skilled professional in fundraising and investor relations, with a focus on the Italian and European market. He currently works with institutional investors and family o<ices, supporting capital raising and long-term partnerships.
