Charlie went on to found Merchant e- Solutions, subsequently acquired by Visa Brazil/Cielo, and later held executive roles at Visa and Darwin Ventures, where he serves as Partner. At Darwin Ventures, he invested in top- tier U.S. venture funds such as Founders Fund, True Ventures, Bond Capital, Spark Capital, and Index Ventures, backing more than 40 global unicorns including SpaceX, Palantir, Airbnb, Stripe, Slack, Uber, and Revolut.

Luca Bertozzi is the Co-founder and CFO of BKN301, where he leads the company’s expansion across Europe, MENA, and Africa as a digital banking architecture provider. He is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience in fintech and venture finance, combining deep fund-structuring expertise with operational leadership. Luca previously co-founded Ventis, later sold to Iccrea (now Numia), and co-led Tippest, one of Italy’s leading e-commerce ventures and a major Groupon competitor.

Diego is a data-driven investment professional with strong management capabilities and experience in Fintech and VC. Before his current role, he covered roles in investment banking and M&A, and later contributed to the development of strategic project and investor relations of the fintech scale-up BKN301. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with top honors in Management Engineering from the University of Parma and pursued studies at the Politecnico di Milano, one of Europe’s most renowned technical universities.

Misho is a sharp, analytically driven investment professional with a strong background in venture capital, finance, and technology thanks to his experiences in BKN301, GenesisAI and Bank of Georgia. With a degree in Business Administration and minors in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Free University of Tbilisi, Misho combines deep analytical expertise with a solid understanding of emerging markets and tech innovation.

Francesco is a fast-rising analyst with hands-on experience in asset management. Before joining SM Capital, he worked on financial due diligence and investment analysis, covering capital markets. He holds a specialization in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Bocconi University, after a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Bologna. At SM Capital, he brings a strong analytical rigor and focus on execution across deal origination and portfolio support.

Marco is a skilled professional in fundraising and investor relations, with a focus on the Italian and European market. He currently works with institutional investors and family o<ices, supporting capital raising and long-term partnerships.
